Administrator / Office Admin Roles and responsibilities : 1. Invoicing 2. Purchase orders 3. Quotations 4. Accounts receivable & statements 5.

Accounts payable 6. Filing 7. Schedule jobs / diary keeping / manage technicians 8. Service schedule 9. Other : Upkeep and distribution of Safety file documents, Calibration certificates Candidate must be computer literate, competent in using Excel, Word and Outlook.

Previous experience on Xero and / or other accounting package is a must. Skills required :

  • Organizational skills.
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Have a pro-active approach to getting work done and making arrangements for jobs to be completed
  • Sales experience will be an advantage
  • Drivers license Starting date : As soon as possible
