Minimum Requirements : B. Com degree in finance or accounting5 Years’ experience as a credit controllerExperience in manufacturing industry with large volumes of stock itemsFMCG experienceExposure to multinational companies will be AdvantageousExperience in maintaining supplier financing portalsExcellent computer skills –
knowledge of Microsoft Business Central will be an advantage.Ability to reconcile complex debtors accountsDuties and Responsibilities : Evaluating new credit requests and conducting customer credit checks, in partnership with debt managing service providerMaintaining customer database to ensure statutory, secretarial and account trade limits are up to date.
This will require working with debt managing service providerManaging and collecting due and payable accounts of debtors’
book to ensure account balances are maintained within termsResponding to customer enquiries and liaise with responsible team members to efficiently resolvecustomer queriesAct as back-up to operational team as and when required with issuing delivery notes, invoices, credit notes etcCashflow management is key and crucial to this role –
