Role Purpose : To provide strong administrative support to Human Capital Business Partners in Group Finance and Risk and first line support to employees in order to optimize the functioning and service delivery of the Group Finance and Risk Human Capital Team.
Experience and Qualifications : HR degree or equivalent required. At least 2 years of working experience in a financial or similar environment is required.
2-3 years in HR administration or similar experience is preferred. Knowledge of employee benefits and Peoplesoft will be advantageous.
