The G Band Senior Specialist : Billing production is based within the IT job family
The role of the Senior Specialist : Billingproduction is to providethe Technical lead in the team responsible for E2EVodacom Billing Operations toensure high quality, effective and efficient delivery within the EBU - ITdivision.
Your responsibilities will include
Todevelop and enhance tools, processes and applications that will identify andaddress problems and optimise delivery against targets
Toevaluate new technology solutions through research, analysing and testing
Toproduce management reports and ensure standard documentation is completed (e.g.project documentation, tracking, audit reports)
Toco-ordinate and lead Technical projects to deliver within time and cost
Networkand collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure anunderstanding of key business issues, requirements and drivers
Inputinto divisional strategy and align department technical plans with strategy.Interface with Vodafone to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Clearlydefined plans to execute strategy
Providefull Business case for new initiatives
