Regional Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading mining company in Gauteng!This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER Manager to perform duties in formal discussions with organised labour, influencing the labour relations climate, advise on resolution of disputes, litigation issues-representing the company at the CCMA, arbitration and liason with legal representatives, maintain effective case management and act as liason between Management and Union Representatives.
Ideally you will have a Degree in Industrial Relations / Human Resources and postgraduate qualifications in Labour Relations.
A minimum of 10 years experience in the mining industry is essential.
