Want to be a part of our team?As a Digital Platform Partner, you would be employed in an operational setting as part of a Human Resources function.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the various business functions focusing specifically on Total Reward CoE, that spans across Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Payroll.

The primary focus of this position will be to ensure the employee and reward team experience is front of mind as they proceed along their relevant user journeys.

This entails reviewing overlapping capabilities of our current platforms and prioritizing the digital experience. Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : To support the Digital Platform Manager in creating a seamless, positive, and empowering experience for employees, who throughout their career engage with various platforms within our digital landscape and should be able to navigate across them all without realizing it.

This will therefore require you to : Understand the total reward platform ecosystem, keep abreast with platform enhancements, and provide recommendations based on the CoE strategy and processes that are in line with best practice processes.

Analyse and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity.

Have previous experience using the SuccessFactors HRIS and Workday, understand the capabilities and strengths of both platforms and develop a seamless user journey for employees, managers, and reward teams.

Collaborate with business partners to advise on platform improvements, enable employee and manager self-service and an intuitive user experiences across platforms.

Assist with managing of data integrity which includes ensuring GDPR and privacy standards are met across all platforms. Document and maintain HRIS procedures, user documentation and process updates.

This includes proper change management documentation to satisfy audit controls. Stakeholder engagement Internal : HR Business Partners, IT, our Total Reward function, senior business stakeholders and employees External : Platform Vendors What will make you a good fit for the role?

Requirements & Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment across multiple time zones.

Prior experience with SuccessFactors and Workday Software Knowledge on best practice across a digital landscape specifically regarding compensation, benefits, and performance management.
