We have Floor Manager permanent positions x3 in Cape Town - Sea Point, Kenilworth and Cavendish.


Our client isa leader in the telecoms industry with an extensive customer base. They are looking for a positive and career driven sales candidate in Hermanus to build a career within the company.

Success planning is in place to become an Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager. They believe in rewarding long term performance when the opportunity arises.

The company has over 20 million subscribers and this opportunity provides individuals ample opportunity to grow within a fast growing industry.


To actively drive product and device knowledge with specific focus on increased voice and data sales and excellent customer service

Grade 12

Basic Understanding of MS Word, Excel and Power Point

2 years direct and indirect sales experience in the retail industry

Previous sales experience an advantage


R12000-00 p.m. + Benefits

Sales Target Achievement

Identify Sales Targets for each Agent per category

Manage Daily Sales and report on store Targets

Ensure Agents are aware of product offerings and pricing

Assist agents in closing / upselling deals

Ensure rostering is done by business level requirements and company rules

Daily Compliance

Hold morning meetings and disseminate relevant information to team

Check Mail hourly for notifications and allocations

Do spot checks on quality of orders

Coach / discipline repeat offenders on quality of orders

Ensure logical workflow of customers via Q-man system



Do daily adjustments to counters

Stand-in for BM when requested / (only device issues and escalations)

Assist with Stock take and banking recons


Do weekly Performance assesments

Send attendance and rosters to regional Support weekly

Do over shoulder training for new recruits

Assist with disciplinaries

Assist with recruitment

Stakeholder Relationships

Handle escalated queries timeously and take ownership

Act as an ambassador between customer and internal departments to offer effective and efficient solutions

Create open communication channels between all departments

Liaise with customers and clients

Provide feedback as requested

Service Excellence

Interact with customers on a face to face basis

Interact electronically with customers

Acquire and maintain product knowledge to enable effective service to customers

Ensure consistency in terms of a high level of customer service delivery

Compile feedback and / or reports as requested

Report for shift 15 minutes before allocated time

Ensure correct dress code at all times

Assist in preparing the outlet for trade according to set standards
