Central Advertising

  • Advertising of all jobs on the Neptune recruitment system
  • Processing applications and sending application name lists and CVs to HRBPs
  • Ensuring that all applicants receive timeous system generated letters indicating the outcome of their applications
  • Providing regular advert and application analytics / progress reports to BU HR Head and Group Project Office
  • Ensure all placement documentation is received back from BUs, check documents and save on Neptune
  • Make all documentation available to Appeal Committee where required
  • Central Support

  • Assist employees with password reset, log-in difficulties, assisting with application challenges, answering placement process questions to be available after hours as well
  • BU Lead :

    Ensuring adherence to interview project plan and timelines

    Flagging any challenges or non-adherence to timelines / principles / standards / project DOA to BU HR Head for further intervention

    HR BPs :

    CV qualifying together with Line Management

    Compiling interview questionnaires and competency rating sheets

    Admin Support :

    Scheduling interviews - book venues, coordinate and book panel members and invite candidates

    Preparing and compiling interview packs

    Check all placement documentation submitted by panels etc. is aligned to the project documentation tick sheet.

    Scan and submit to the Advertising Team to save on Neptune Recruitment System

    Business as Usual Appointments : Phase 2 - Corporate Centre and Telkom SOC Support functions (HR, Finance and Procurement)

  • Recruitment : Creating adverts, processing applications, searching for candidates on LinkedIn, arranging briefing session with recruitment agencies, CV shortlisting, arranging interviews and assessments, conducting the integrity checks, liaising with applicants
  • System support : Resetting passwords and providing general assistance with applications where required, closing out on the recruitment processes (sending correspondence to applicants, scanning, saving and filing of interview documentation) etc.
  • Appointments (offer process, liaising with HR Shared Services (WNS) creating positions numbers, assisting new employees with all appointment documentation and on-boarding processes, co-ordinating 1-day orientation sessions)
  • General HR and system support (providing ad hoc SAP and HR guidance and support to employees and line managers)
  • Management of all invoices e.g. recruitment, liaising with procurement and finance for creation of vendors on SAP Ariba, PR and PO numbers, providing feedback to the services providers etc.
  • Reporting (recruitment data management and reporting)
  • Qualifications

    Matric / Degree would be preferred
