Overview

Property development and management Group requires an experienced Ops Manager to develop and implement business strategies as well as plans and procedures for each division.

Minimum Requirements :

Completed commerce or sciences related degree, Master’s degree preferred

8 or more years’ experience specific to Ops Management

Previous experience specific to property, construction or real estate

Duties and Responsibilities :

Establish and implement policies that promote the Company culture and vision throughout the various subsidiaries and divisions

Work with senior leadership to develop annual budgets, goals and projections

Oversee daily operations of the Group, subsidiaries and the various divisions in order to run effective operations in line with the company strategy and plans (IT, Marketing, Sales Stakeholder Management, Facility Management, Legal, Procurement, Fleet Management, Cleaning, Security etc.)

Property portfolio management

Contract management, legal and compliance

Support the CEO WRT governance and overall leadership

Support the CFO WRT Financial Management and sustainability
