We require the services of an enthusiastic and proactive Control Room Administrator to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment.
The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support within our Control Room. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : Matric Experience in loading contracts and invoices Listener System experience will be advantageous Previous administrative experience SKILLS & COMPETENCIES : Computer Literacy (MS Office) Computerised Accounting package Pastel (Advantageous) Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak) Ability to multitask Ability to handle pressure Good customer care skills Planning & Organisational skills GENERAL : RSA citizen Clear criminal record Good contactable references
