  • Ensures all relevant required information has been received from key stakeholders (e.g. Account Mangers and Strategist & Media Buyers).
  • Understands digital media campaigns & digital media so that you can coordinate with the media buyers to book media campaigns onto company systems and the importance of this.
  • Updating and monitoring of digital media schedules
  • Actualisation of media schedules
  • Reckoning against planned vs actual
  • Reckoning Invoiced against media schedules
  • Sending through creative chase list
  • Liaising with Ad Operations to ensure all tracking and tagging is implanted and set up
  • Tracking of PO and basic finance
  • Able to track and monitor client campaigns with campaign managers
  • Monitors and provides reports about campaign performance and delivery across markets
  • Can make basic recommendations to Account Director to help improve campaign efficiencies
  • Assess plans with ROI in mind
  • Keeping updated with digital media cost (CPM,CPC,CPV,etc..)
  • Managing daily schedules
  • Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
  • Analyzing campaign data
  • Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
  • Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
  • Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
  • Analyzing campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience
