  • An HR qualification

  • 8 to 10 years experience working as HR Manager
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Must have experience doing recruitment locally and Internationally
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Will be required to Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations and at the CCMA.
  • Handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve grievances and conflicts.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion
  • Maintain all company policy and procedures
  • Required to do local and International Recruitment
  • Assist with compliance issues and ensure compliance documents are up to date.
  • Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation
  • Handle Statutory issues
