You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy in line with company goals and objectives.

You will play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction, and leadership. You will be required to deliver targets as a team and also individually.

Minimum Requirements : MatricAppropriate bachelor's degree5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the digital media industryStrategic thinkingStrong leadership skillsStrong commercial acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and highly motivated individualGood time management and organisational skillsEntrepreneurial attitude and a good team playerExcellent negotiation and sales skillsAbility to develop sales strategies, tactics and techniques based on the feedback of the client and market environmentAbility to effectively manage a teamStrong training, presentation, and reporting skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDuties and Responsibilities : Develop, plan, and implement commercial strategiesCreate detailed sales plans to achieve goalsProviding guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales teamAssist with sales revenue budget setting and forecastingDeliver team and own sales targetsThrough market and competitor research and analysis, identify, evaluate, propose, and implement new commercial opportunities and / or projectsDevelop successful and strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and agenciesImplement and oversee client retention and acquisition strategiesDevelop and oversee a lead generation processOversee pricing and discount strategiesEnsure that all client communication and proposals are in line with company guidelines and of the highest quality standardsWork collaboratively across departmentsDevelop best practice policies around client / agency / territory allocationsDevelop and agree marketing plans with the Operations & Finance DirectorTrack, measure and analyse performance of the sales team against KPIsOversee annual reviews of the sales teamAgree and execute staff development plans.
