Site Manager Northern Suburbs Our Client, a technical operation that installs CCTV, Fire & Detection etc, with large scale projects is seeking to employ a site manager to manage the teams and projectsActively manage each project on site and ensure the installation is completed properly and on time.
Ensure to deliver quality work on site and ensure to manage the teams and resources in the best possible way to ensure profitability.
Key Responsibilities , but not limited too :
Planning and Project Implementation : o Ensure proper pre-planning and adjust to the constant changes on siteo Follow the site installation plan of actiono Prepare site for commissioningo Installation of equipment on siteo Ensure that handover deadlines are met
Site Management : o Promote safe working practises and ensure safe working conditionso Manage projects effectively and profitably (Minimize wastage of resources, equipment and cabling)o Ensure that stock requirements are communicated daily to the stock departmento Ensure accurate commissioning of systems / sites within project budget / time limitso Ensure high quality level of all installations and workmanshipo Provide supervision of team on siteo Ensure effective management of team and resources on site.
o Attend all site meetingso Correct Technical abilities to complete basic commissioningo Ensure that all Vehicles / Tools / Equipment is in working order on site and your vehicle and that anyidentified issues are communicated immediately.
Project Admin : o Detailed capturing of as-built details on site drawings.o Timeously submit Job Cards for invoicingo Complete and manage all Health & Safety file requirements on site.
o Detailed daily feedback of every active project.o Provide email feedback regarding site meetingso Inform construction supervisor of site delays via emailo Manage telephone and email enquiries in a timely, efficient and professional mannero Ensure Internal documents are accurate, filed and up to date
Protect company physical and intellectual property assets and ensure confidentiality is maintained at alltimes
Follow all company policies and procedures and business principles
Escalate any unresolved problems or issues of importance to Management
Ensure that all deadlines are met within the given timeframe
