MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure adequate training and on-boarding of new staff members’ entering into the emergency contact centre environment and to upskill and train existing staff on new products and initiatives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A Grade 12 / Matric Essential

Diploma or Degree in Contact Centre Management will be an advantage

Certificate in Human Resources / Training or Development will be an advantage

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

4 years contact centre management

At least 1 years contact centre training / coaching

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide initial training of new staff and new products within the Contact Centre

Ensure ongoing upskilling and improvement of Contact Centre staff towards excellent service delivery and patient experience

Support the Contact Centre Leadership team and Contact Centre operations

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Ability to navigate clients through web-based applications telephonically,Ability to effectively communicate and train content towards a variety of learning needsAdministrative related processes and proceduresCoach and mentor team membersCoaching and quality improvement
