My client based in Vereeniging has an opportunity for a Learning and Development Intern for a 12-month contractr>

They offer a salary of R8000 per monthYou must be under the age of 35r>

Minimum Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationComputer Literate MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, E-Mail and Professional communication skillsKey Competencies : Ability to Multi-task and Attention to Detailr>

Administration and Organization Skillsr>

Excellent Communication Ability Written and Oralr>

Computer Literacy Word and Excelr>

Report Writingr>

Must be a self-starter and someone that can take initiativer>

Key Performance Areas : Coordinating training programmes internally and externallyr>

Confirm training requirements from respective training providersr>

Obtain all compulsory documentation for training to take place i, signed quotes and supplier documentsr>

Arrange all required learner travel arrangements as and when requiredr>

Arrange a suitable training venue for the event when requiredr>

Reconcile and submit all training-related invoices for paymentr>

Record Keeping of all training records for BEE and ATR purposesGenerate training Purchase Orders on SAPAssist with Bursaries, Learnership, and Apprentice administrationAll training administrationAny other Training duties
