Main Purpose : The successful individual will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Manager.

Line Manager : Store ManagerSubordinates : Stockroom Controller and Cashiers (applicable to big stores)Job Specification : Key Performance Areas : Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policyManaging the cash and stock control of the storeCaretaking the store and staff in the absence of the Store ManagerEnsuring the world-class service of Spitz customersMinimum Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 4 years’ retail experience1-year administration management experience with at least 4 years’ working experienceQualifications : Complete Matric / Grade 12Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage Technical Competencies & Knowledge : Attention to detail and a high-level accuracyExcellent numeracy skillsRetail administration disciplinesStock and cash managementIn-depth knowledge of policies and proceduresPeople management skills Competencies : Manage and share informationWork with othersDeliver customer serviceGovern and follow rulesInitiate and achieve results
