We organise everything from home repairs to luxury travel, gift buying or access to exclusive restaurants, clubs and events.

As a Tickets Specialist you will source tickets for concerts, theatre, film premieres and sporting events within UK and worldwide.

You will use your knowledge, contacts and expertise to ensure our members attend the events to which they request access.

You will be creating personalised solutions to their requests and exceeding all expectations. Some of their requests will be straight forward such as checking prices and availability for events.

Others,sho wever, will be more unusual and will require tenacity and excellent problem-solving skills such as sourcing tickets for exclusive and sold out events.

Will you help take us there- We are looking for · Fluency in Spanish · Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets.

People who are passionate about delivering high-quality personalised support and have excellent research skills. · People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members .

  • People who are passionate about music, sports and theatre. · People who either have previous customer service experience or people with a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
  • This role will involve shifts between 7am - 10pm, including some weekend days. The majority of shifts will be 8am-5pm or 9am-

    6pm but will involve one or two late shifts each week. You-ll work 40 hours weekly.
