Roodepoort based accounting firm is looking for an organized and motivated Receptionist with a great ability to welcome clients and to serve an administrative purpose.

The candidate will perform administrative and reception duties, including coordinating front-desk activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

Company secretarial administration

General office administration

The answering, screening, and forwarding of incoming phone calls

Receiving and sorting daily mail / deliveries

Scheduling outgoing deliveries

Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for partners

Implementation and maintenance of administrative procedures

General office administration in terms of liaising with suppliers and scheduling maintenance and repairs for office hardware and equipment

Minimum Requirements :

Computer literate

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude
