NESTLÉ is the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company. We are looking for an experienced Regional Channel Executive to manage our Channel in the Southern Africa.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where diversity and innovation drives rapid growth. The Channel Executive will be responsible for the identification and development of channel insights to enable improved Channel-

related decision making across categories and customers; with a focus on planning and implementing sales and marketing activities to drive sustainable profitable growth in the Plus 4 countries.

Drive Channel Insight for the Plus 4 countries : Analyse Channel Trends & develop Insight built around 4Ps +C Develop Channel Growth Strategy and Vision to inform Commercial Plans based on Shopper Insights : Leverage Channel Insight to develop BIC POS solutions by Channel that can be utilised as part of Category Growth Strategies Prioritise Channels in line with Business Needs and Ability to Win (fast-

growing or under-served) Work collaboratively with countries to understand evolving Route to Market strategies according to country maturity and capability / capacity to execute (Growth -

widen / deepen distribution) Leverage Channel Insight to Implement effective Category Management : Understand various Customer Category management processes and build framework to facilitate picture of success Ensure internal Channel strategy (picture of success by Channel) is reflected in all Space planning allocations by aligning with CBMs and Category ZAR CCSD Team Implement Ranging and Category flow discussions with all Trading partners linked to Channel, Category and Customer Insights Flawlessly Execute Plus 4 Plans Identify, align and prioritise Channel opportunities with Category CCSD ZAR team Develop a clear Channel vision based on identified growth opportunities Develop effective and efficient commercial plans that are consistent with the identified Channel opportunities aligned to Category Insights and Brand Objectives (Category CCSD ZAR Team) Engage and align with the various BU’s in planning country specific activities and budget coordination Picture of Success : Define picture of success across priority channels for Plus 4 and drive execution.

Recommend actionable in-store solutions for the Channel overall recognising Category / sub Category specific requirements.

Drive implementation and review the effectiveness of our in-store actions. (Example : Perfect Store) 'Trade Standards Guidance : Assist the Sales Managers / Distributor Managers in capability building of the field sales team based on shopper and customer insight.

Support implementation of RTM strategy across the region in close collaboration with Cluster managers, commercial leads and all cross functional teams Ensure all Category Management tools are leveraged to support strategy execution Monitor impact of Channel Insight with CCSD Category team post Space Planning Implementation Drive Plus 4 Commercial Planning Process : Identify, align and prioritise Channel opportunities with Category CCSD ZAR team Develop a clear Channel vision based on identified growth opportunities Develop effective and efficient commercial plans that are consistent with the identified Channel opportunities aligned to Category Insights and Brand Objectives (Category CCSD ZAR Team) Engage and align with the various BU’s in planning country specific activities and budget coordination Bachelor’s degree in management, economics, marketing or other related focus Experience working with markets other than South Africa and / or traditional trade will be highly valuable.
