Digital Campaign and Content Manager

Purpose :

Execute Flight Centre’s digital marketing campaigns to increase customer traffic through various channels including direct marketing, paid search, SEO, display advertising, social media and PPC.

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Manage and Conceptualise Always-on and tactical campaigns and sales with Marketing team campaigns to drive maximum ROI
  • Creative conceptualization of campaigns coming up with punchy tag lines and concepts
  • Drive digital campaigns for Flight Centre Brand, Independent and eCommerce
  • Digital content creation together with marketing te
  • Social Media Strategy inline with Content Marketing Strategy
  • Managing & maintaining all Flight Centre social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter together with Digital Marketing Coordinator and Customer Experience Team
  • Briefing of creative(artwork team)
  • Primary liaison between FC and paid social expert
  • Manage onpage SEO with SEO Expert and Content Team(PR Company)
  • Rollout of onpage SEO strategy together with Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Maintain and manage the relationship with Criteo(Third part Vendor)
  • Manage Criteo eCommerce Digital Display Ads
  • Strategizing and building cart abandonment tactics for eCommerce
  • Hierarchy :

    Leisure Marketing Leader

    Key communication and relationships :

    Internal : Brand Leader, General Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Nation and Marketing Nation and Online / Offline teams.

    External : Contracted suppliers

    Job Requirements

    Education and qualification :

    Added advantage

    3- 5 year’s work experience in Digital marketing

    Relevant Tertiary qualifications

    Travel Industry Experience

    Experience :

  • Analytical abilities
  • In depth understanding of all aspects of web, mobile and other digital technologies.
  • Experience, SEO, PPC, email marketing, mobile, social media, A / B testing and optimization.
  • Guiding lead and sale opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountabilities.
  • Knowledge of search algorithms.
  • Thorough understanding of the Google Ads platform and experience managing multiple campaigns & budgets. (This will be in conjunction with Agency)
  • Knowledge of content management systems like Drupal or WordPress.
  • An understanding of website design and usability.
