Tertiary qualification (food technology, operations management or engineering).
5-10 years experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
Previous experience working on an ERP system (e.g. MS Navision, SAP, etc).
MS Office skills and experience working with Qlikview will be an advantage.
Target driven , knowledge of production processes and best practices, food safety and quality systems (FSSC, IBL etc).
Knowledge of financial processes and analysis, cost management and mathematical skills.
Knowledge of engineering principles and hands on experience in solving technical problems.
Solid experience in managing large teams.
