Receptionist / Personal Assistant (JB1315)Allens Nek, Roodepoort R12 000 - R14 000 Gross Roodepoort based accounting firm is looking for an organized and motivated Receptionist with a great ability to welcome clients and to serve an administrative purpose.

The candidate will perform administrative and reception duties, including coordinating front-desk activities.The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities : Company secretarial administrationGeneral office administrationThe answering, screening, and forwarding of incoming phone callsReceiving and sorting daily mail / deliveriesScheduling outgoing deliveriesManaging diaries and organizing meetings and appointments for partnersImplementation and maintenance of administrative proceduresGeneral office administration in terms of liaising with suppliers and scheduling maintenance and repairs for office hardware and equipmentMinimum Requirements : Computer literateProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitude
