Advertising Operations Manager :

  • Monitoring workflow, ensuring tasks and issues are dealt with according to business priorities
  • Working with Client Success as a technical escalation point for the Campaign Management and Media Reporting teams
  • Recruitment and line management of Campaign Management team consisting of campaign implementation specialists
  • Recruitment and line management of Media Reporting team consisting of campaign measurement specialists
  • Manage digital campaign (display, video, audio, social, native and programmatic) launches
  • Confirm advertising technology integrations were completed by Client Success
  • Confirm campaigns are set up as per briefs from Agency
  • Ensuring work is executed in accordance the media briefs and needed feedback on the media briefs is given
  • Track campaign spend versus campaign budget
  • Monitor performance and ensure Campaign Managers are aware of any issues on their campaigns
  • Ensure the correct taxonomy is implemented
  • Ensuring work is in line with industry best practices and additional client and / or Agency specific requirements
  • Funnelling communications from Agency to Campaign Management and Media Reporting teams
  • Agency will refrain from contacting Campaign Management and Media Reporting teams directly, opting to traffic all work-related correspondence
  • In the event that clients request that the Campaign Manager attends meetings, the request will be taken under advisement, and if deemed a necessity, then the Head of Digital Advertising Operations will attend the meetings on behalf of the Campaign Manager.
  • Managing resource utilisation within team
  • Ensuring FTEs are fulfilled
  • Participate in responsibility allocation planning
  • Timesheet training and approvals
  • Media Reporting

  • Compiling, formatting, and editing of digital advertising reports
  • Ensuring reported data aligns with data from advertiser dashboards
  • Setting up standard report templates
  • Ensuring consistency in formats across all reports
  • Analysing all reports to ensure accuracy in information
  • Providing additional insights on the performance of the campaign
  • Reporting in manual templates provided by Agency if instructed to do so by the Head of Digital Advertising Operations
