Effective self and team supervision in alignment with our values and leadership initiatives
Engineering equipment in maintained according to agreed standards, procedures and schedules
Compliance with SHEQ and client standards, policies, procedures and safety protocols
Maintenance schedules to be in place and living’
Administration management
Quality management risks mitigated
Supervision and technical skills development of Artisans
Working to standards and procedures for systematic, disciplined operations, Planning for budgets and projects
Performance measurement and coaching of subordinates
Acquisition of resources and selection of subordinates
Management of all Electrical / Mechanical maintenance and installations to schedule
Control of overtime and stores expenditure
