Job Purpose The individual will lead and execute on Nedbank Private Wealth's Mobile and Digital strategy, by digitising products and services, creating delightful customer experiences through a team of developers and technology experts (architects etc).
In this role you will also be required to take ownership of the product roadmap of the NPW digital journey. Job Responsibilities
Defining the Vision : Communicates with stakeholders to understand business objectices. Defines product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
Prioritising Needs : Based on Business objectives and Scope, Budget and Time.
Managing the product Backlog : Maintain the backlog list, map out dependencies and priorities based on overall strategy.
Overseeing Development stages :
Plan, execute and review of each sprint.
Refine and improve the development process. Keep tracking of the execution status and team performance.
Work with IT (development & testing) and various agile squads on the smooth and quality delivery of the project.
Anticipating Client Needs : Work with client enablement using Client led design to define customer journey maps. Deep knowledge of our market competitors.
Evaluating Product Progress : AppStore client ratings and international benchmarking surveys.
People Specification Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Advanced Diplomas / National 1st Degrees
Honours Degree or equivalent
Certified Business Analyst
Certified and / or Professional Scrum Product Owner.

Minimum Experience Level
5 - 8 years of experience in managing and operating digital channels / projects.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles (including Design Thinking and Scrum)
