The service consultant in the new branch structure will assist walk-in brokers, policyholders and prospective policyholders with the use of infrastructure provided at the branch.

The incumbent will also liaise with the contact centres and / or centre of expertise (CoE) where the service request will be handled.

The service consultant will further assist relationship managers with documents (e.g. policy summaries and stats). What will make you successful in this role?

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • FAIS compliant : 60 fais credits
  • Completed RE will be advantageous
  • 1 years commercial or personal lines experience in a short term insurance environment Skills
  • Team support
  • Customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Planning
