A Health Food company in the Western Cape is seeking to employ an Industrial Process Manager who will be in charge of managing the Production Processes.
The stressful candidate will strive to implement and drive Continuous Improvement with focus on ensuring Optimal Efficiency of materials, equipment and labour.
Ensuring that Food Safety and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times and remedial action is taken is a key factor to this position.
Applicants must have a valid Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical) with Middle Management Experience in Production, in an FMCG Environment with strong Technical Knowledge in Production Machinery and Processes.
a minimum of 5 Year's Management level experience is required.
Knowledge of cGMP and production and continuous improvement processes, MRP, Quality standards and control, Relevant legislation (OSH Act, BCEA), raw materials, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods is very important.
