YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Formulate export strategy in collaboration with Business Manager ensuring, alignment with the business strategy
Export strategy execution and sales budgeting
Price negotiations
Achieve sales targets, fulfil seasonal strategies, increase margin and profits
Work collaboratively across-functional teams to align product demand and supply
Collaborate with all business units and develop / creat new export business opportunities
Organise regular business reviews with customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Be accountable for Debtors
Operate as the lead point of contact for exports
Regular travel to call on existing and prospective customers
Develop and maintain product knowledge across the company's business units to ensue ongoing alignment
Customer visit reporting
Attend industry events
Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and Policies at all times
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications and Experience
Matric
Tertiary qualification / Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / Sciences
5-8 years experience in Marketing and Sales function that includes managing complex and / or significant customer relationships and key accounts (Chemical industry preferred)
Demonstrated commercial experience in Africa desired
Experience with CRM & MS Office
SAP knowledge advantageous
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Valid passport
