  • Knowledge of labour legislation and CCMA representation · Advanced computer literacy · Conflict resolution skills · Negotiation and facilitation skills · Keeping abreast with industry latest developments · Advanced written and verbal communication skills · A business acumen MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS · LLB Degree OR Post Graduate Degree in People Management · 5 Years HR middle management experience which includes general HR and full scope of Industrial Relations.
  • It is very important that this person has sufficient HR generalist experience balanced with solid IR experience, specifically in terms of CCMA cases and Wage Negotiations.
  • This person will act as the companys IR representative and must have extensive knowledge of Labour Law. · The person must be a hard worker and willing to implement and do some of the work him / herself.
