  • Manage and control store expenses and assist stores to reach their budget.
  • Liaise with Brand, Supply and Distribution departments to ensure that stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure replenishment is done on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure effective promotion, markdown and sale implementations.
  • Manage escalated customer queries / compliants.
  • Recruitment, management, training, mentoring and development of staff.
  • Responsible for store maintenance on a regular basis.
  • Identify trends in the market that will improve and enhance the brand performance.
  • Other key performance areas include driving turnover, maintaining satisfactory customer service
  • levels, managing stockloss and ensuring the execution of the visual merchandising strategy in

    store.Â
