One of our clients is currently looking for a Claims Clerk to join their team in Cape Town.Some of your duties will include, Register claims and appoint assessors, Manage claims in terms of claims SLA, Negotiate settlement, Manage the re-claim process, Detection and management of fraud, Detailed and timeous feedback to relevant parties, Prompt handling and feedback on complaints


Matric (NQF 4)Minimum of 60 credits of which at least 30 credits should be Commercial Regulatory Exam Level 1Claims experience within the short-term insurance industryHire Resolve invites all suitable candidates to apply by emailing your CV to finance.
