Training Hub Team Leader- CenturionIntroductionWe are currently seeking a Training Hub Team Leader to oversee operations at our new training hub in servicing internal and external customers for various training needs.

The suitable candidate must have a strong passion about youth and talent development.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Training Hub strategy and take full ownership of implementationDesign booking system and tracker to manage the scheduling of training sessions and events in the training hubSupervise administrative staff.

Delegate daily duties to admin staff, conducting check-ins of employees to ensure staff's availability and competency to successfully complete dutiesDesign and implement workplace activities that are aligned to assessment criteria of various unit standards and qualification for SETA accredited programmesSource and develop hub network of organisations, industry experts and entrepreneurs to support implementation of work place activities.

Oversee and manage learner and graduate databaseImplement talent development pipeline activities for client training recruitment and internal learner recruitment.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant requirements, processes and procedures on all projects.Ensure all training hub users (clients, staff, contractors, visitors etc.

fully adhere to building rules, OHSA and escalate safety concerns at the appropriate level.Ensure facility, processes and documentation in constant audit readiness.

Support monitoring activities and escalate potential risk to the internal and external clientsEnsured that all matters emanating training hub users are captured, monitored, and resolvedPopulate monthly reports that provide insight on progress of various projects implemented in the training hub.

  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training hub operations.Desired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 Relevant qualification in HR / ETDPMinimum 2 years’
  • experience in supervisory / team leader roleMinimum 5 years’ experience in training / talent development environmentPeople Management skillsExperience in multi stakeholder managementInfluence, persuade and convince knowledge.
