One of our client in the Insurance industry is seeking a well experienced and knowledgeable General Manager to head up operations in the Life Insurance division.
The successful incumbent will be a well-seasoned insurance professional with over 10 years’ experience in a claims and administration environment.
Having a solid understanding of the legislative changes in the South African context, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the policy administration, claims and group benefits function for Regent insurance.
The incumbent will be responsible to align the company’s values and goals to the operational day-to-day functioning of the division.
As a support function within the Life division, the Head of Life Operations will be responsible to drive the strategy and deliver on the operational objectives.
