Job Description :

  • Contacting potential clients for their documentation
  • Preparing affordability analysis which will assist clients in understanding what they can afford
  • Booking and following up on appointments
  • Ensuring premium customer experience and interaction throughout the process
  • Complete Administration
  • Advise prospective customers on affordable housing offers
  • Minimum Experience :

  • 2-3 years Quality Assurance experience
  • 3 or more years experience in Customer Service Diploma in Marketing or related Sales certifications
  • Skills and Competencies :

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance
