We are looking for HR Administrators for our Client based out in Kraaifontein and Phillipi. HR Processes : Assist staff with all leave, payroll and HR queries Assist management with any HR related documentation Work confirmations for staff Add new employees onto all relevant systems Issuing contracts for new staff where required Processing of terminated staff and all relevant documentation.

Issuing of any disciplinary documentation / notifications as required Personnel Files : Updating of all personnel files Filing of HR and other administration documentation Payroll : Processing of timesheets / hours received into payroll system Processing of any additional incomes or deductions for staff Gathering approvals from management Prepayment management Releasing payslips to ESS Printing payslips for staff as required Month end journals and recons Statutory submission documentation for SARS NBC : Addition or termination of staff on NBC system Monthly recon and submission of D-Form Issuing of documentation for staff where required Provident Fund : Manage member queries Manage member retirement or funeral claims Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ experience Specific industry experience beneficial Payroll / HR experience beneficial Qualifications : Matric Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook) Advanced Studies (Tertiary Diploma / Degree) advantageous
