The primary mission of this role is to lead, manage and facilitate the adoption, usage and performance of the companies Online platforms as to deliver value to both customers and the business.
The Senior Manager : Online Platforms will leverage Online Platforms to bring customers the easiest and most convenient way for them to engage with MTN and fulfil their needs.
Combining data and customer insights with business objectives the role will deliver the business strategy using our Online Platforms as a key sales channel, customer servicing platform and engagement touchpoint.
You will need a university degree with 8+ years as a Digital / Online Channel or Platform manager responsible for launching, growing and evolving the platform / channel Experience with digital design and journey, user and platform analytics Experience with channel / service / platform growth strategies and interventions.
