12months unbroken Call Centre Customer Service Experience(non negotiable) Must not be unemployed for more than 3 months Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English Customer focused An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook Good communication skills both written and verbal Both customer and quality focused Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone Work towards individual and team targets Monthly basic salary + Shift Allowance Up to R650 per month just for working weekend shift Earn up to 2 0% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on KPIs) Baseline Staff benefits : Free Transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 7pm onwards.
