DEBT COLLECTIONS - CALL CENTRE AGENTSWe are looking for experienced, highly skilled, energeticand target driven individuals who have a firm understanding of the collectionenvironment to join our dynamic team.

Requirements A min of 1 year working experience within an outbound / inbound debt collections environmentExperience in Banks and Municipality Debt Collections ·proven track record,·Credit and Criminal clear·Grade 12 qualified or NQF Level 4 equivalent ·Strong communication skills·Target driven·High level of integrity·Basic / intermediate computer skills·Strong work ethic·Self-motivated·Able to work under pressure·No absenteeism or misconduct issues.

Candidate Requirements Key Performance areas ·To negotiate with arrears account customers to maximisedebt recovery and profitability·Ensure that allocated collection target / s are achieved·Use effective communication and negotiation to ensuresuccessful commitments to pay (Promises to Pay)·Follow-up daily on progress of the PTP'
