The Facility Administrator will be responsible for reception duties and dealing with all courier & service providers on a operationally basis.
This role includes general office administration & the coordination of travel bookings for staff.They will need to ensure the availability and functioning of all office & technical equipment at all times enabling the office to run smoothly at a world class standard of excellence ensuring the rest of the team are able to operate seamlessly in their respective focused roles.
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, action-orientation and attention to detail are critical competencies required, along with strong organisational and planning skills.
A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in office administration and a relevant qualification.
A bachelors degree is highly advantageous.
