Your Opportunity We are currently looking for a Administrator - Travel & Accommodation for this exciting regional Queensland project.

As a Administrator - Travel & Accommodation, you will be responsible for : Managing and prioritising incoming correspondence and phone callsManaging and overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence, email and documentation regarding travel and accommodation Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting / typing of correspondenceEnsuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant travel and accommodation necessaryMaintaining an effective filing / archiving system to ensure records and documents are suitably saved The provision of effective diary management to ensure optimal time managementOrganising travel / accommodation bookings Our minimum requirements for the role are : Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the construction industryRelevant word processing and secretarial qualifications and / or trainingExcellent system skills
