You will join a supportive, collaborative team that is working on modernizing a cloud-hosted application and your contributions as a Software Engineering Technical Lead will be to support the development of new features as well as enhancing existing features.

Job Responsibilities : Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing and production releases, working in an Agile team environmentWork across teams to provide technical support and serve as acknowledged go to person on coding and technical issues.

Create web applications following development best practices and innovate to simply complex customer needs.Partner closely with UX & Product to craft great product experiences.

Coordinate work with teams and drive deliverables in a timely manner.Understand and apply our technical architecture to ensure consistent, reliable, and secure deployments.

Enhance and maintain existing product capabilities.Participate in formal and informal code reviews to ensure code quality.

Assist with application deployments in our cloud environment.Mentor software engineers interested in consultancy on development methodologies and optimization techniques.

Required Qualifications : 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building enterprise applications.Strong understanding of and ability to apply Object-Oriented concepts in JavaSolid knowledge of architectural principles.

Strong knowledge of and experience with front end technologies, especially TypeScript, jQuery, Angular.js, and Angular 11 / 12.

Strong understanding of Spring, Hibernate and REST APIs.Must have knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices especially REST, SOAP, MQ, JSON, XML,Experience building complex enterprise level integrations with vendor management systems, ERP, CRM, and eSignature servicesAdvanced knowledge of databases, ability to write store procedures and ability to performance tune SQL queries.

Enable CI / CD pipeline for the software components, implement code coverage, unit tests, code scansConsistent use of good coding standards, and a drive to improve personal and team code qualityKnowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Experience in onsite-offshore coordination, mentoring junior engineers.Bachelor of science in Engineering / Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications : Hands on working experience with docker and KubernetesExperience in driving process and delivery improvementsExperience in engaging with product managers and wider stakeholders to ensure the creation of value for our customers and our businessInitiative to learn new and evolving technologiesExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong self-starter with a creative problem-solving attitude.
