What new Business Analysts can expect when they join PIP :
Work closely with other PIPer’s and client team members to collect / analyse data and provide insights.
Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and in the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritisation and problem-solving.
At times the business analyst may be given the opportunity to take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience.
Skills and experience
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, with excellent results (distinction average)
Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics
Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers
Demonstrated passion for results
Must be fluent in English
Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure, and to use visual tools without assistance to assist in communicating insights
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
