Description : The purpose of the position is to drive and facilitate AdHoc Hardware and Software Sales at Netsurit The Infrastructure Sales Consultants primary role will be to exceed Netsurits hardware and software sales targets.

This will, to a large degree involve the processing of quote requests as quickly, accurately and efficiently as possible The Infrastructure Sales Consultants role involves working with all AdHoc client and other personnel plus suppliers on an ongoing basis Minimum of 5 years IT sales experience IT Technical knowledge required.

Must be able to answer any technical questions that might be asked by clients IT / Sales / Marketing Qualification an added advantage IT Hardware and Software knowledge a must Knowledge of Dell Solutions an advantage The suitable candidate must be self-

driven, hardworking individual, well-spoken, with a positive mindset Must be able to develop and expand a portfolio of clients Must be target driven, vibrant and highly self-

motivated, with proven track record in sales Must have excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Must have great relationship management skills and openness to feedback Must have high attention to detail, and ability to carry through a task to completion Ability to work under pressure, high energy levels, and be able to deal with people at all levels including high profile clients and projects Ability to identify sales opportunities and present solutions to clients Must be able to work in a pressured environment and meet targets Must be willing to go the extra mile, and maintain a high level of customer service Must be able to determine clients requirements and offer suitable solutions Must be able to effectively prioritize workload and manage time Must have the ability to make decisions, render judgment, take action and apply corrective measures Requirements : Key Performance Areas and Duties include : Manage communication and client expectations on quotes.

Manage quote requests coming from clients and take ownership of the requests Adding and maintaining details of quoted clients to Netsurit Database Liaise with all suppliers regarding pricing and stock availability Complete quotes in full with description if necessary in all relevant file formats, with correct pricing and margin and availability Maintaining the minimum average set quote turnaround time Ensure that the clients (whether internally or externally) have received, and have confirmed receipt of their quotes Inform all parties concerned as to delays, supplying reasons for the delay and estimated time for completion Ensure that quotes are completed timeously as per the required time Manage communication and client expectations on quotes both to clients, suppliers and relevant Netsurit staff Continually strive to update knowledge regarding the IT industry and the products that Netsurit supplies Assist all Hardware and Software Sales teams with any sales requests Managing escalations and making sure all issues are resolved timeously Receive all signed quotations and making sure they are forwarded for processing Liaising with Logistics Team and Finance Team and making sure that purchase orders are processed in conjunction with signed quotes or excel spreadsheets, with the correct quote details (supplier and client details) Liaising with Logistics Team regarding deliveries of all orders and processing of invoices, changes in ETA, and updating relevant contacts Contacting clients after delivery has been taken to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and products that have been received Ability to close deals with a proven track record with a high close rate NOTE : This and more will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process
