Duties will include both food preparation and kitchen management.
Looking for candidates who can develop menus and create modern dishes, must be up to date with the latest food trends.
The suitable candidate must be able to manage food quality.
Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management.
Candidates must be able to run a pass and be skilled in general kitchen administration.
Shop open 6am-6pm.
50 Hour work week, 6 days a week, one weekend off per month.
