In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of our Customer Development team at Hill's Pet Nutrition.
Our highly energetic and focused Customer Team is dedicated to driving growth for our company in this ever-changing landscape.
What role will you play?
As the Veterinary Key Account & Distributor Manager, you have the responsibility to develop the business with some of our key customers in South Africa and the Distributors in our export markets.
Please note - The candidates can be based anywhere in South Africa, however should have the flexibility to travel within and outside of South Africa as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Strong leadership, a clear understanding of their business and foresight is required to engage customers with strategic plans.
Communicate plans to field teams for in-store support. Visit practices to better understand implementation challenges to optimize future approaches.
Prepare, negotiate and implement Distributor agreements.
