  • Develop an integrated communications content stream that supports the marketing, social media and brand strategy of the business through integrated practices, and supports the overall business strategy.
  • In conjunction with the marketing team, plan and manage the, content development and production of all campaigns, marketing materials and marketing collateral, in support of the brand and marketing strategy and plans.
  • Conceptualise and write content, create copy streams, copy editing and proofing, translate content, as well as engage and interact with stakeholders to sufficiently understand the brief to ensure consistent and efficient support is provided.
  • Research and discovery to gain insight for new projects, brainstorming ideas and concepts to ensure creative and differentiated content.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other relevant marketing and communications functions to align content plans and drive one brand message and collaboration within Organisations and the broader business
  • Align the communication plan to support products, launches, events and promotions
  • Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives, through defining the target audience, various stakeholders and appropriate messaging
  • Manage and implement a PR, external and internal communications plan.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all communications aligns with the brand’s communication standards, including structure, creativity, plain language, tone of voice, style and terminology.
  • This includes quality assurance and dissemination of mailers and SMS's, digital channel content creation, all marketing collateral and the proof reading of any content to be used relating to the organisation brand, organisation Insure internal or external communication in line with guidelines / briefing and agreed group quality standards.

  • Assess existing Organisations Insurance collateral and communications in terms of value add and quality, as well as implement improvements where required.
  • Influence the use of communication systems and tools and involve organisation Insure gate and implement alternatives where feasible
  • Liaise with relevant agencies in the production and delivery of communication material.
  • Meeting tight deadlines and working with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Manage sign-off process from first draft to final product, liaising with various stakeholders and teams, product owners and regulatory stakeholders (i.e. legal, compliance)
  • Ensure that all copy published is of the highest editorial standards, written grammatically, with maximum impact and free from all typographical and other errors.
  • Translate technical and legal content into functional copy that are entirely user-centred while also supporting the needs of the business.
