Our vision to guide our clients from financial distress to financial wealth, consists of using a consultative sales approach, by performing a needs analysis for clients and providing advice telephonically as well as face-to-face and for this reason we are looking to grow our VIP Sales Team.
We are looking to onboard a reliable, energetic and passionate individual to join our fast growing company and VIP sales team in the Cape Town CBD.
As a Financial Pre-Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to contact customers who have expressed a positive interest in our debt counselling services.
You will be expected to call customers, who have responded to the company's outbound marketing campaigns from various mediums (e.
g. website, SMS, email).
Make outbound customer calls to promote the company's products.
Update the customer database.
Gather all required documents from customers to determine their state of over indebtedness and assess their applications for debt counselling.
Set up and conduct consultations with qualifying customers over the telephone.
Verify budgets and debt commitments and agree an interim debt repayment plan.
Explain the fees (associated with debt counselling) the customer will be responsible for in detail.
Explain the debt repayment plan to customers and how the collection process works.
Must be able to give an in depth explanation of all aspects of the debt review.
University or College Diploma / Certificate
Ability to communicate comfortably with high income clients
Computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs
Debt review and / or any sales experience (even retail)
Outbound sales experience (advantageous)
Active listening skills
Able to handle objections
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to use intuition and analytical skills to get the best outcome
