5 hours per week, as agreed on an individual basis, but falling between 07 : 00 and 23 : 00 SA time, Monday to Friday. It may be required to work overtime from time to time Key Responsibilities Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop, draft and design content for credential pitches, brochures, directories and award submissions, events materials, client alerts, and client business summaries to support the firm's business development requirements.
Monitor the firm's tone of voice and its application across its marketing and other materials. Research and review relevant market, industry, competitive, and business information for the preparation of relevant content Support the experience capture process / database and assist in maintaining records Work with the M&BD teams to review and update fee earner biography information Provide support for the preparation of directories and award submissions drafting process Maintain the directories and award submissions database Collaborate with practice area, region and industry Marketing and Business Development teams to update the credentials database Leverage the company’s pitch best practices to ensure pitch materials are consistently kept up to date, client-
focused, compliant, and easy to evaluate Prepare and maintain client business summaries in support of business development opportunities Assisting the M&BD teams to update and maintain the firm's CRM database, including engaging with lawyers' assistants to help resolve contact data issues / queries and assist with production, editing, and mailing of client alerts, white papers, and other client communications.
