Position : Internal Virtual Insurance Advisor / Assistant
Location : Fourways
Salary : R15000 - R20 000 per month depending on experience and qualifications and is negotiable + incentives for activities + Commission

It is preferable that the candidates have at least two years industry related experience and a sound knowledge of Insurance.
Experience on the X Plan insurance package would be highly beneficial). (Word, Excel, Outlook is a must).
INTERNAL VIRTUAL ADVISOR / ASSISTANT
Follow 6 steps in Financial Planning including Needs Analysis.
Interact with clients diligently and fairly.
Advice on Life, Investments, Retirement products with a view to upgrades. Meet and maintain targets set by your Superior
Assist with downgrades if required and only if necessary
Assist with marketing campaigns, Network and obtain referrals and leads, follow up on leads from referrers
Telephonic reviews & assisting Advisors with general
Client reviews internal & external if necessary).
Database Management & ensuring reviews are completed on a minimum of 1 year cycle.
Actively assessing, Identifying and checking clients portfolio, segmentation groups, opportunities and possible cross pollination of Database Arranging appointments for Advisors if necessary (ensuring schedules are attached and quality appointments are made).
Presentation and negotiations to individuals & Groups (Where necessary)
Client visits when necessary NSBC & General Group Scheme
o Sales & after sale loading of schemes to DL & submission
o Checking on Medical requirements for the schemes and following up with medicals until conclusion
o NSBC Functions & Presentations
o Following up on NSBC Leads daily, weekly
o Checking on commission statements NSBC Group PREPARATION Portfolio preparation & analysis a.

c. Identify Shortfalls & Opportunities
d. Astute downloads to Data Capturer
Estate Planning Estate Preserver (Wills & Trusts)
Preparation of new buy and sells and ensuring that Buy & Sells are reviewed annually Quotes, In-house Servicing, Upgrades -Downgrades if necessary and campaign follow through Client Authority letters to go out in advance of appointment / s.
COMPLIANCE Drafting :
FNA, ROA,FP, RAR & Investment Replacement Comparison Ensuring that all Compliance documentation is loaded on X-plan and that compliance documentation and Financial Needs Analysis (FNA)accompany all new business and / or client servicing.
Checking that the Record of Advice (ROA) and FNA mirror one another and further that the Compliance is completed correctly GENERAL ADMIN Creating and following up of TASKS & THREADS.
Keeping up to date (No overdues).
Monitoring of Lapse Register & Task created and attempt made to retain Queries
telephonic & e mail including service level complaints
Conservation / Retention of business including RARs, Cancellations and Other Advisors requesting info C.O.L (Counter offer letters), Deferred, Declined Technical queries & Broker support on Technical issues Liaising with Broker Consultants
Keep up to date with the latest legislation and Industry Trends Continual monitoring and tracking of the new business and servicing pipeline and following up on new business and outstanding servicing requirements
The minimum CPD Points must be maintained by attending training sessions and ongoing training towards a full CFP qualification Fit & Proper
Training as per Board notice 190 (2017) General admin In house servicing Upgrades and downgrades & new Business TCF POPI FICA
